Open Track – Emerging Topics in Computing:
This track invites high-quality research papers in computing and related disciplines that do not fall directly under the defined thematic tracks of the conference. It serves as a platform for innovative, interdisciplinary, and emerging topics that push the boundaries of current research and practice in computing.
Researchers are encouraged to submit original contributions covering novel ideas, methodologies, systems, and applications that demonstrate scientific rigor and potential impact, even if they span across or lie outside traditional categories.
|
Note : Please note that literature surveys/review papers will not be accepted in ICARC 2026.
All papers submitted to this conference will go through a double-blind peer review process handled by the Technical Program Committee. Acceptance will be based on the originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation, and references of the paper. The Technical Program Committee makes the final decision on the acceptance or rejection of a paper. All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
